Shipping policy

Shipping Area
We provide shipping all over India.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Delivery Time
Once your order is confirmed and processed, delivery will be completed within 2–7 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹2000.
  • For orders below ₹2000, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Information
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to track your order in real time.

Address Change Requests
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Partial Delivery / Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different locations. You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
For COD orders, an advance payment is required to process the order. The order will be processed only after receiving the advance payment. The remaining balance amount can be paid at the time of delivery.
Note: The advance amount is part of your order value and not an additional charge.

Non-Deliverable / Return-to-Origin (RTO)
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. Refunds for such orders will be processed after deducting the original shipping charges (both to and from the customer).

Note: To claim the shipment and confirm the damages, a clear unboxing video is required. The claim must be raised on the same day of delivery that you receive the item.
